Hyper Module repair on 50H13

I am having the dreaded hyper module problem with my 50H13 TV. Yesterday I replaced the 11 SM caps with 10uf 16v electrolytic capacitors (link below)

They were almost identical to the originals. After the repair when I turned the set on, it worked great for about 10 minutes. Then it went back to its old ways. Any suggestions on what might have gone wrong or if those caps are just not up to snuff? I'm thinking about trying some higher voltage/heat rated caps. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
