i have already got norton antivirus on my pc. I have just purchased a lap top.My norton antivirus 2004 already on my pc with windows XP.can this also serve my new lap top which is windows vista.

No the setup for Norton are part of the XP windows files including the product key, etc. if you have the original disk you may be able to install it on the new one but will not work good as Vista has issues and you will need the update for Norton 2004 to work with Vista...let me know
