Question about HP Officejet 4215 All-in-One Color Photo Ink Jet Printer
Printing labels on an HP 4215 All-in-One. Label set up is correct, and has printed correctly on previous occasions, but currently the page of labels appears to slip, and print starts above top label margin. Printing to plain paper puts the label contents in the correct location. Any clues? Thanks
Your problem seems to be due to worn out of rollers. Try a less glossy paper and you can find the difference.
