My copier lays down colors in a staggared pattern and not on top of each other like it should. I get an error message that it could not complete the calebration rocess.
I was told a sensor might be dirty.

yes your color calibration is off. you will need to clean the sensors. and possible the transfer belt roller. you need to remove many parts with tools to do so. also you lasers could be out of sink. you need a tech. are you in michigan?
