CODE SC23-05 I HAVE A KONICA MINOLTA LD-5100 WHEN I START THE MACHINE IT GIVES ME THIS CODE SC23-05 AND THE MACHINE GETS BLOCK WHAT SHOULD I DO?

SC-21-01 in KM bizhub-920 comes when auto cleaner get stuck in between at the Drum Charging Corona Unit.

Check if any obstacle in the movement of Charge Cleaning Pad.
Home position sensor is not sensing this pad at home position.
When machine turned on, Auto cleaning process runs, so if delay in movement, machine gives this error code.

have tech come out might require replacing clutches and or rollers

Sir, It is the document feeder, the Di620 is a very old MINOLTA machine, but you mite find a (NOW) Konica Minolta dealership that can update the document feeder EPROM (Erasable Program able Read Only Memory) chip located on the document feeder control board. It has to have its program updated to correct this problem which gives this code. Let them know you have the Technical Bulletin # 2617b they will not be able to call it up but mite be able to contact some one at Konica Minolta tech support that can get access to very old MINOLTA technical bulletins. Additional info is Knowledge Base # TAUS0645133EN00. Then will have to hope that Konica Minolta has keep the Firmware for the chip????? Maybe in JAPAN!!!!!!!!!. YOUR ASKING ALOT TO GET THIS MACHINE TO RUN!!!!

Problem with toner bottle motor

After a reset problem, remove the bottom cover back and PC11 toner sensor block cover. And release the locking lever bottle, turn the bottle 1 / 2 turn recontact PC11. The bottle turns she released the lever?

Replace its imaging unit and developer tank.your machine will start working.

this error code means the fuser rollers failed to heat up you can reset the code by turning the machine off and hold down the utility\counter key while you turn the machine onwhen the trouble reset button shows on the touchscreen touch it and when it says ok turn the machine off then back on if the machine gives this erro again you will have to have the fuser replaced
