It could be the keyboard or the PS/2 Port.

Can you try using the keyboard on another PC?

If you get the same results the keyboard is toast.

Most places don't sell PS/2 Keyboards anymore but don't worry a USB keyboard will work just fine.

well u need to scan hardwares or bluetooth device to have it detected and then install the driver..it should work fine
