Go to the website phonezoo.com and sign up. It is absolutely free and there is no fee at any time. This website has thousands of ring tones and enables you to take music from iTunes or a CD and convert them into 30 second ring tones.

Complete instructions on how to tear down the Incite to replace the digitizer. Be aware that most if not all replacement digitizers do not include the adhesive, which is a separate part number. Most people can reuse the existing adhesive, but if not, scrapbook adhesive works.
try to reset the phone by picking the reset hole on the side of the phone (i use a staple) the touchscreen should be a bit better to press the unlock button. hope this helps!
First of all, the ringtone can only be a maximum of 300 KB which is about 20 seconds long. If the ringtone is larger than this, than it can't be used as a ringtone. After having the ringtone on the phone, you can go to my pictures and videos, and then click on the tab in the upper left corner and go to my documents and my ringtones. This should be where the ringtones are stored on the phone. You can find the ringtone on the phone and copy and paste it to this spot, or you can simply drag and drop the ringtone from your computer to this location if it is hooked up via USB. (but, the phone will not work on the computer until the installation cd is used that came with the phone.
