Question about Dell A940 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I recently used a re-filled cartridge from Staples and it did not work. When returning the cartridge they let me know that 50% of their cartridges are being returned for the same reason. I recommend returning the cartridges and purchasing a "Name Brand" cartridge and trying again. Let me know if this works.

Black ink not printing, replace cartridge but still no print. It THINKS its printing but all I get is blank pages.

Dell A940 All-In-One printer was printing fine till I left it a while and not using it, ordered new cartridges from Dell, and when received 'you come and make it print!!!!' I had to leave it and buy a new printer, but I still use the scanner. Everything seems OK but the ink is not released to the paper, something is blocking it. I have read about other printers boiling the printer head etc. but I don't even know how to get it out! Isn't it time for these manufacturers get their business fixed.
