i can't operate the mouse. its not working. its not lighting and everything. i checked in some tips on how to use a wireless mouse and it says that there is a cd to install it bt when i bought it it doesnt come along with a cd.please help me.

Install fresh batteries, turn it on and make sure your bluetooth dongle is installed and active. If you have never paired this mouse with it's receiver, then you will have to put them both into pairing mode, and once paired you should have no problems.
