Hi, I have a Maytag Neptune (clothes) Washer. The tub didn't drain. Ran it twice. The second time with no soap. The drain pipe is not blocked. The hose is not kinked. I just leveled it because it was rocking around. Any ideas as to why it won't drain?

is the door lock light coming on if so then could be a clogged pump or bad pump. if lock light doesnt come on then may be a bad door latch/lock. may take a minute or two for light to com on once you turn it on .
