Question about Fujitsu 18C1 Air Conditioner
The two "radiators" on the inside "head unit" on my air conditioner are running
at different temperatures. While the one is freezing cold when in COOL mode, the other is hot!?
Had an air-con guy come out who suspected the gas may be low. Charged the system. No good. Same Same.
Another guy came and suspected a valve that would cost around $600 to repair. We found the two valves in the unit that sell for around 25-50 bucks.
That tells me it's either extremely hard to replace or I'm being ripped off.
Anyone out there with any news?
Sounds like your 4 way valve failed or something electrical is not allowing the power the valve needs to reverse. You need to get someone who knows ductless systems to look at it.

Those 2 guys that come out don't know anything about ac
So sound like you have a ductless split system .was this newly installed or was it running fine before .If unit was running fine before and now giving issue you need someone who know what they are doing and look at it .
The guy that add charge to the system may have caused the issue to get worst
