Fujitsu Reverse Cycle Air conditioner problem

The two "radiators" on the inside "head unit" on my air conditioner are running
at different temperatures. While the one is freezing cold when in COOL mode, the other is hot!?
Had an air-con guy come out who suspected the gas may be low. Charged the system. No good. Same Same.
Another guy came and suspected a valve that would cost around $600 to repair. We found the two valves in the unit that sell for around 25-50 bucks.
That tells me it's either extremely hard to replace or I'm being ripped off.
Anyone out there with any news?
Thanks, Roland

Hard to replace. Not only that but very time consuming. Although it sounds like it may possibly be the valve control and not actually the valve but without seeing the system there is no way to say. It could also be a restriction somewhere ie. Kinked pipe or something got in the system on install. Possible that it was not properly evacuated.

Sounds like your 4 way valve failed or something electrical is not allowing the power the valve needs to reverse. You need to get someone who knows ductless systems to look at it.

Those 2 guys that come out don't know anything about ac
So sound like you have a ductless split system .was this newly installed or was it running fine before .If unit was running fine before and now giving issue you need someone who know what they are doing and look at it .
The guy that add charge to the system may have caused the issue to get worst

I'm a licensed HVAC contractor in California for 23 years and have installed many Fujitsu ductless systems. Because you have a different opinion does not give you the right to question my ability. If you're going to work against people who donate their time, go somewhere else. Should work together, not against

How can I get a Manual for a Fujitsu Split system reverse cycle air conditioner. Model - AOT7RSCC

You can call Fujitsu and ask them for a manual. They might email you or give you a website where you can download it.. if not then call your local authorized Fujitsu dealer/distributor like RSD (refrigeration supplies distributor)

Our fujitsu reverse cycle AC is leaking water at bottom left hand side of the internally mounted blower unit

Your drain for the inside unit is stopped up and the water condensate that drips off of the coils when the AC is running has no where to go, so it drips off of the collection channel and over flows to the bottom of the air handler, gravity dictates the place where it leaks. You are going to have to unstop the drain.

Water dripping from air con use

If the unit is mounted on an outside wall check the condensate drain that comes out with the line-set to the outdoor unit. If the pipping goes up into the attic than you have a small condensate pump that may have failed. The float in the pump may have stuck in the down position not allowing the pump to come on.

Will Not Heat

On the outdoor unit the fan should not be running, on the indoor unit the fan should be running. If you then check the outdoor unit with fan not running, you should be able to hear clearly that the compressor is actually working. If this is all correct, it is possible that your fourway reverse valve is seeping and needs to be replaced.

Fujitsu reverse cycle split wont blow cold

same as car aircon, but uses different kinds of freon. check first the thermostat setting, may be it set too high. set it to 20'c. if still not cooling, check wiring on ACCU, check capacitor too.

Reverse unit. Heater only blows air, not warm air

If you have a reverse cycle unit (heat pump) your compressor and your fan should be running. You need to determine if your compressor is running.
