Cannot make voice calls to mobiles

Please make sure you have properly completed the setup for you microphone and speakers

1. Open yahoo messenger
2. Click on messenger
3. Select Preferences
4. Select Calling & Devices
5. Make sure you have selected the right Device (speaker, Microphone and Ringer)
6. Click on "Open the call setup assistant" under Test audio
7. Complete the call setup and make sure you here the sound of whatever you speak.
8. Make a Free test call and confirm you hear back the call
9. Close the preferences window
10. Click on Actions
11. Click "Call a phone number"
12. Dial the number including country code to make the call
