I have losted video for no reason? was working fine

Hi Anonymous, I own a galaxy trend, Slightly old but it use to do the same thing as your phone and for reasons I can't remember I factory reset it and lost my installed apps as well as phone numbers but has worked fine since, If you factory reset make sure you save everything to your computer NOT like me.......

Be sure the cd player is working it might be something wrong with your stereo player check that first

You need to change the memory card with new one, because memory card got corrupted and needs replacement.

my sons friend lost his too. i used my moms phillips mp3 player charger and it worked. i dont know if this will hurt the battery or not, you can always go to jakkspacific.com and try to contact the maker (jakks) to see if they offer replacements.

If you're trying in gmail, it is only for gmail accounts. If you're trying from email, some email providers do not allow 3rd party accounts
