Here is a website you can go to to download drivers. when you click on it go down to the column that says "mice" on top of it and pick the wired ergonomic optical mouse. The number to the side of it will say "97769" Click on the download link. After you click, a box will pop-up asking you to either "Save" or "Open From Location." Click on the "Save" radio button and then click "Yes." Another window will come up asking where do you want to save. Pick the destination on your computer and click save. Be sure to remember where you placed the zipped file. Make sure you have WinZip's program that unzips files. You can obtain it at http://www.winzip.com. After it downloads, go to the place where you saved it and click on the zipped icon. WinZip will take over from there. Allow Winzip to do its job, when it prompts you, answer accordingly. After WinZip unzips the program, the computer will need to be restarted. After the computer reboots and comes back up to the Windows operating folder, there will be an icon in the bottom right of the screen. Hold the mouse cursor over each icon and a window will come up telling you what program it is. Find the icon for the product you purchased. Double-click on the icon, The software to run your product will come up on screen. This is the only way to manipulate the settings for the product you purchased. There is no need to enter into the "Settings" folder.
