Oxc18a0307 error

-   i can not print any document, I keep recievining the massage error Oxc 18a0307 although i replaced a new cartage to the printer and i'm sure i place them correctly.-   Guest

-   Same error...I put in a replacement ink cartridge that is a refillable one from 123INK....will ask them next

-   Hi, have tried the your solution, but it hasnt solved the problem. Have also tried other solutions - mainly holding ok, cancel, colour b&w. Some times they work, most times they dont. The only solution I have found is to decide not to print what I need to that day and leave it a few days. Then one or the other solutions might work. The problem resolves eventually, but the next time I want to print I have to repeat the whole process.
HP were no help - other than telling me it needed fixing. Is there a more permanent solution? And if I take it somewhere to get 'fixed' am I going to get the same problem again in a few months?
