Double and distorted vision can not view movie..can not view menu to correct problem

you ned to replace both convergence ICs they are STK392-570 you can get replacement ICs at the following link with free installation instructions.

need the model number of your set it sounds like the convergence ICs need replacing. Please reply to this same post with your model number and I will post the correct ICs for your model.
