Unplug the cord plug and open up where the terminal strip is. check the connections. if you have a four wire pigtail connections are: the two outside wires to the two outside terminals on the dryer. the middle white to the middle terminal and the last wire goes to chassis ground. if you have a three wire pigtail, the two outer wires go to the two outer terminals on the dryer terminal strip, the center wire goes to the center terminal and there should be a jumper strip from the center to the chassis ground screw.

  1. Ensure that the dryer's door is latched shut and that the power cord is plugged into an electrical outlet. Also check the home's fuse box for a tripped circuit breaker.
  2. Make sure that the "Air Fluff" button on the dryer's touchscreen has not been selected if the dryer fails to produce heat. Also clear the lint screen if the dryer fails to heat.
  3. Check the exhaust system, which exits from the back of the dryer for clogs, which commonly occur if the lint screen has not been cleaned regularly. Also ensure that only 4-inch metal exhaust tubing is used for the exhaust system. If clogs are present due to an improper exhaust system, the dryer will fail to dry the clothing completely. Also avoid overloading the dryer, which can also cause a drying problem. The amount of clothing equal to a single wash load should not be exceeded.
  4. Check for the presence of loose items if the dryer produces noise, such as coins and loose buttons. The dryer will also produce noise if it is not leveled properly. Place a level on top of the dryer and turn the foot located on the bottom of each corner of the dryer until the dryer is level.

Wont start when pushing the start button

Hello there:
f your dryer doesn't work at all, it could be because of problems with: Power from the house Check to see whether there's power getting to the dryer. Is it plugged in? If you plug something else into the outlet, does it work? If not, check for a blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker. Door switch If the door switch or the door-switch actuator is defective, the dryer won't work and you need to replace the failed component. The switch is inside the dryer main housing near the door frame. Sometimes you need to raise or open the top or front of the dryer to reach the switch. Thermal fuse On many dryers, there's a thermal fuse (a heat-sensitive fuse that blows if the dryer overheats) mounted to the exhaust duct inside the back cover panel. The fuse is about an inch long. It's usually embedded in black resin and mounted in a white plastic housing.

If the fuse has blown, it has no continuity. When this happens, your dryer either just stops heating, or it doesn't work at all. Be sure to inspect the venting/heating system before replacing the fuse to put the dryer back into operation. (You can't re-set this type of fuse.)
Wiring Often the main wiring connection from the house, at the dryer, burns and the connection breaks. In this has happened to your dryer, you need to replace the power cord and the terminal block inside the dryer to which the wire is attached.

hello. if this an electric dryer, here are the possibilities, if it is a gas dryer get back to me.

If your dryer doesn't work at all, it could be because of problems with:

Power from the house
Door switch
Thermal fuse
Wiring

Dryer will not start

Your dryer may not be receiving adequate voltage to start. Make sure your dryer is plugged in. Also, check the circuit breaker panel to make sure all the circuit breakers are in the correct positions. Or check to make sure no fuses in the fuse panel are blown. Try plugging something else into the same outlet. If it won't work either, then there is likely something wrong with the power outlet. Any of these could be the reason power is not getting to your dryer. Also, refrain from using an extension cord to plug your dryer in.

Dryer does not turn on

Sounds like the motor relay is not functioning. Sometimes the motor will work if the button is pushed but will stop when the button is released. This is caused by a loose wire at the motor or a bad motor relay.

I'm not familiar with this specific Dryer, but in most of them you can find their wiring diagram glued under the upper panel or the rear panel. Good luck !
