i plugged my camera into the computer and then when i unplugged it, it completely died. when i press the on button, the red light comes on for a second but the camera doesn't turn on. both the camera and the batteries are new.

The camera doesn't turn on even if the batteries are new or fully charged, although they DO work with other cameras... I've even tried with other battery chargers, but the problem seems to be the camera!

Have owned this camera for several years without a problem and the last time I used it was Oct 2008. Put it away in a drawer having removed the batteries first.

Wanted to start using it again a couple of weeks ago and it won't turn on with either batteries or with an ac/dc adapter (which it used to work with).

Just seems to have completely died during the winter...

I had the same problem I dont know if this will help but I got rechargable batterys. the first time i put them in it after charging the battery the camera said they were empty so i charged them again and the camera worked tho it said i only had half charge.
ive put them back in the charger and it does say they need to be charged but so far that means i have to make sure i use well charged new batterys

"Keep-alive Memory Voltage Too Low". The computer has a little battery or capacitor to keep data in its internal memory from being lost if the vehicle battery goes dead. It's detected that the voltage at that little battery or capacitor is too low to reliably protect that data.

It has nothing to do with missing or a gasoline smell.

It may be time to find another computer for that car.

I have a cq60-dx615 laptop. After 1 yr it started freezing, and then wouldn't start at all. When I turn on the computer the battery and power adapter lights come on, but the disk drive light is dim...

if the fan is dead and the old HDD is pure silent the power pack is dead. (battery out)

BIOS works? that is first not windows EVER, BIOS works.
does it?
you do know BIOS works with CD drive and HDD drive out right>?
if not the power pack is dead, or the mobo regs are dead.
you can pull ram sticks and run them 1 by 1 to see if one is toasted.
there are many modules on all LT MOBO, that can short out.
a tech pulls them. to learn that.. fact. bingo?

what a tech does is strip it down to near nothing here
to get BIOS alive again. if its goes live the fan spins, see?
if BIOS is dead, all PCs made are dead. hopeless.
BIOS does the boot and hand off to HDD< see?
focus like a laser on BIOS....! and win.

My NOKIA 3110c phone got switched off by itself and has not come alive. If I try to switch it on, the screen blinks white thrice and then goes dead again!

Firstly, Remove Sim Card , Memory Card and try to reboot 3-6 times, sometimes this trick is working.Even if the problem still persist better to contact mobile repairing shop or follow the procedure below.

First download and install Pheonix from this link. Nokia Phoenix Service Software 2011 - Download secondly Download flash file from this link 3110c file and install it to C / program files/pheonix.. after finished this installation open pheonix . Inside the interface at the> top left <there you see "File" click there and choose "open file" and then select the approprait Product type i.e "which is written on the back panel inside the battery of every Nokia(Type RM-000).After doing this again at the left top count from "File"1..2..3..the 4th one is "Flashing" press there, when you click there you'll see three sub-menus, just select the "Firmware Update" again you'll see another interface. Look at the product code there should be blank and put your "mouse tool" at the straight end from the "Product Code" there is a Button and choose the code which is written in the back side of your phone. e.g CODE:0000000.if the same code does not found just take one which is higher. After this you can see "Dead phone USB flashing" click that box. Now this is the last stage... Connect your phone with the USB to your PC and let the driver install ...wait for a moment.(If your phone working).Lastly after just finished (In case your phone is Dead, unable to switch on in normal mode start from here) Connect the phone to pc without powering...insert good battery and Click the "Referbish" button after this, a message will prompt you "press power botton" etc. insert charger or press it and wait until the phone will Restart automatically in normal mode 10-15 minutes. If you cannot understand just leave a Comment / Click here1. thanks for visiting fixya. Good luck.

I have a new EOS T3i. It's my first digital camera. I took out the battery to preserve it. When I reloaded it, the camera wouldn't let me take any pictures. The message said the card wasn't...

Hi,
That sounds like an issue with the memory card. Yes you will lose all current photos on it when you format the memory card. It's also safe to leave the battery in the camera as DSLRs don't drain power when the camera isn't in use.

Internal Control Module Keep Alive Memory (KAM)

P0603 means Internal Control Module Keep Alive Memory (KAM) Error

In other words, that code is set when the PCM loses "keep alive" memory B+.

This code can also be set if the batteries went dead at some point, but mainly it means there is an open circuit detected in the KAM circuit.

On a '97 F-250, check for a 5 amp fuse blown in fuse cavity #2. If the fuse is blown, check for and repair the short-to-ground in circuit #729 (red with white coloured wire).

Good luck dear.

The batteries keep going dead even after new ones are put in

Here are the steps for the no power problem: 1. Make sure you will install a new or fully charged battery/batteries into your camera. Please use lithium batteries Ni-Mh or rechargeable Batteries (2000 M.Amp or higher). 2. Clean the battery contacts. a. Remove the battery/batteries and the memory card from your camera, then wipe the battery contacts with a soft, clean cloth. b. Reinstall the battery/batteries into your camera 3. Turn on your camera without the memory card. (If it works then it?s your memory card that is faulty)

My gateway laptop won't come on

for a no power issue there are three major component that can cause it: defective memory, defective motherboard, defective processor.
components that could affect the computer in booting: external devices: remove all
hard drive and optical drive: remove it too
if there are any pci card or any card installed in computer remove it. after removing all component and only the motherboard is left alone you should be getting some behavious which will indicate your computer is still alive: you will get to hear a beeping sound, a display error message that no memory is detected. if it doesnt turn on then the motherboard is dead

PC has died !! I've disconnected all the HDDs, ROM, RAM, Video Cards and still dead. Power light comes on, CPU fan starts up, NO LIGHTS anywhere on the motherboard, two short beeps, followed by third beep....

based on your information the two beeps is an indication that you motherboard is alive and looking for a memory. is the video integrated or you use a separate video card? i think this has something to do with your video. if your video is integrated try putting in a video card
