Turns on, but won't work

The FX3 turns on and the display works fine, but none of the functions or buttons will work. It won't take pictures, it won't show the menu, it won't zoom, etc. What's up here?

- Found possible cause to the problem. check your stabiliser button next to zoom lever, make sure its not stuck down. If it is remove screws holding front case. Carefully lever case apart, do not try to completely remove case, push back into place and check if stabilser button is working correctly. Try the camera again.Yes
