Question about Computers & Internet
Hi, we have 2 DELL laptops connected to a NETGEAR rangemax wireless router in the same room. One of the laptops has a DELL & the other a NETGEAR wireless card. Things were going great for 2 months but the internet connection has started breaking since the last 1 week. Whenever we logon to any of the laptops, it doesnt detect the wireless connection on its own/automatically. After waiting for 10 - 15 minutes it automatically connects & remains sometimes for few minutes or for an hour or so but it keeps breaking. When connected the signal strength usually shows "very good" or "excellent". We have tried to reboot the laptop, remove all the plug ins & re connect but the problem persists. Please help.
Try to reset the router there should be a button underneath or at the back you will need to hold it in for 10 seconds maybe then unplug it then plug it back in see how you get on with that
