Question about SanDisk Sansa m240 MP3 Player
Ok when you plug in you sansa don't turn on the power just plug it in then open up My computer at the bottom you should see you sandisk in the bottom somewhere called F drive depending on how many drives you have in your computer, Once you find it double click on it and open it up you should be able to load and update from that, I sure hopes that helps you out I don't have very much info on your problem but if that does not work for you let me know I'll find out why its not working with just a little more info, feel free to get back to me at my email address email@example.com we will find a solution to this if that don't work, Thanks bear001
