I just got this IPhone clone and I can't get it to keep At&t as my first preferred network . It shows emergency most of the time and att every now and then. Att is my 2nd prefered network. i go in and change it but it doesn't save. Am I doing something wrong?

- i have a cect p168 my priority network is 310410 not at&t. at&t is listed as the 2nd priority network. i am unablt to switch it to the #1 position. i get a message that says "unfinished" when i try. the phone says emergency most of the time and at&t some of the time with low signal strength. what can i do to fix this?- franAddYa
