Ignition switches are a known issue with this era mercedes. Not too difficult to change the ignition switch. Google is good source for pics, videos and instructions on this. Be aware that the switch is about $400 from the dealer. You could get one without matching key for alot cheaper if you dont care about that. Also, you can get one without the key lock for much cheaper if you are able to remove the key lock from your existing switch.

If you are certain that the fuse is okay, next replace the Multi-Purpose Relay/Combination Relay. This relay controls all three of those devices and is most likely your culprit. I would try the junkyard first and grab two just to be on the safeside. You'll find it under the fuse box cover on the driver's side engine bay.

new ignition lock needed thats all ,only available from a merc garage to order
Reset your Mercedes-Benz key by placing the key in the ignition of your vehicle while the vehicle is turned off. Do not turn on the vehicle. Press a finger on the "lock" button of your key fob while the key is in the Mercedes' ignition.
Pull the key out of the ignition while continuing to hold the "lock" button down. Continue to hold the "lock" button for the duration of the key resetting process
Use another finger to push down on the "unlock" button five consecutive times. Keep holding down the "lock" button.
Release the "lock" button. This is the end of the resetting process for your Mercedes-Benz. Use your key fob to ensure it is properly working
