Problem for Ahead Software Nero Ultra Edition 6
Nero 9 install still won't work

I've uninstalled Nero 9 trial, as it keeps failing at 95% install. It asks to rollback - or keep programs that work - have done both to no success.
Removed Nero using their clean tool, twice and rebooting between each, then clean the registry doing a Nero & Ahead search with 2 separate reg cleaning programs. Removed all temp files + windows clean disk. Search for Nero folders in Program files + doc&settings/ app data (all users + main user).
Rebooted machine again.
Run a registry fixer, in case any keys have been accidently removed, rebooted.
Start Nero trial, downloaded direct from website, fails at 95% again........... Also perused many web sites for any info. Oh - I run XP Pro.

If you already ran the trial period you cannot reinstall without reinstalling Windows.
If not, try using the Microsoft installer cleanup utility.
You can find it by searching with Google.
