It would be usefull if you posted what webcam it was exactly.

But I'll go with an example.

Say the brand of webcam is a Logitech Webcam.

Simply go to Logitechs website.

www.logitech.com

Go to their drivers section, and just browse for the camera drivers. Download them, and install them. May require a reboot, but should work for you.
