Our water supply to the dishwasher got air in it after plumbing work was done. Now the dish washer will not fill. Could it have an air lock, if so how do I purge it.

Not likely an air lock. When plumbing work is done the pipes ge shook up and then particles plug up the screens on these and washer and faucets. I would make sure the over flow float is properly working and then check the screen on the fill valve. Could be a coincidence and the valve failed but that is my last choice in this case. Eric
