Fax line picks up during phone call

Most faxes have a small adapter plugged into the back of them and then the phone line plugged into the adapter and what this adapter does is eliminate 2 of the contact wires in the main phone line. Faxes only use 2 of the transmit wires. This probably will eliminate the interrupt. The adapter can be picked up at stores such as Radio Shack
