Question about Samsung SGH-d807 Cellular Phone
I was on the phone, had a call waiting, clicked "back" to reject the call, and my phone froze and restarted. When it turned back on, all of the numbers that were saved on my phone in my contact list were gone, and all of my events on my calendar were deleted. Numbers on my sim card are still available, and my media content is still there (photos, videos, etc.). I had used bluetooth earlier that day to to transfer a file to my computer, don't know if that had any affect on the situation. My phone model is a Samsung SGH-d807. My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org
All you need to do is take the phone and have the firmware reflash, that should take care of any issues like that in the future unless the maniboards are faulty, which would mean that you should purchase new mobiles.
