Question about HP OfficeJet 7310 All-In-One InkJet Printer

1 Answer

Looks like printer is on, but it won't do anything

We've had a problem with turning the printer on, after we turn it off. So, we just left it on and it seemed to be ok. We had a power outage one nught and now the screen is illuminated with the hp logo and the word "invent" displayed but it won't do anything. You cannot turn it off eiher. I tried unplugging it and disconecting the USB cable but it stays the same.

Reset the All-in-One to the factory default settings by using these instructions:

1. Unplug the power cable from printer when the printer is powered on and wait for 20 seconds.

2. Then, press and hold # and 6 while plugging in the power cord.

Thanks

Really!....you've dropped your camera "countless" other times and now you're concerned because this time, it won't turn on!!! You're not sure what else to do?!!! How about not dropping your camera. How about using the wrist strap. Your dropping luck has run out...your camera does not have nine lives.

Dropped a SkyCaddie SG5 on the cart path...the screen looks fryed in the lower left corner...I now get a white screen only...it turns on and off okay...but can't see anything on the screen. Can you...

You've broken your LCD screen. But the bad news is that you'll be hard pressed to find a replacement for this model.
My only suggestion would be to find the manufacturer of this product and see if they'll sell you a replacement screen, otherwise it looks like you'll need a new one!
