Jumping cursor

Hello there:
the easiest way to fix this is to go to device manager and then scroll downt to the mouse and open it up
now right click on it and select remove than click next and than confirm removal next after the removal is finished simply reboot the machine and the new hardware found wizzard will show up and install the mouse again and than you should be good to go ok?
