-   Yes I have had my printer a little over a year..I had a paper jam and now even after roller maintenance the rollers will not grab the paper and i get error message saying there is no paper or that paper is jammed. -   Guest

-   My Canon MP160 pulls the paper partway and then the E2 error indicator comes on despite cleaning the rollers, etc. and does not print. The printer is about a year old. How can this be repaired?? -   merryrn

-   I have the same problem - but only when printing on photo matte paper. The roller just won't grab the paper and then I get an E2 message. I have to push the paper in one page at a time while the rollers are trying to grab. This happens even after I've cleaned the roller. Regular paper feeds are just fine, though.-   KiaGia

-   Same problem different printer - ip90. The paper won't feed then indicates a paper jamb. It is a couple years old but hasn't printed a dozen pages.-   john002

-   I have the same problem, this printer is only 3 months old, and now the paper will feed, I keep getting the "E" and then i pull paper out and start again, but, still will not fee. What can I do, I paid big bucks for this printer.-   jungle trash

try the feed button which is usually on the front of the machine. press once
