WOW!!!!

Your best bet is to goto a Husky dealer and get a manual.

No way I could tell you hear step by step what to do to get it right.

I have raced Huskys since 1982, but to tell someone online what to do to put an engine together would be allmost impossible.

How do i know i need a new clutch and clutch basket in my 2002 cr 125

Clutch friction plates are often the worn out component of that assembly. IF the plates don't spline in correctly with the basket due to some physical damage, then you should replace the basket. The clutch is comprised of an inner and outer hub that become interlocked through metal disks and friction disks pressed together under spring pressure.

Can't put them back together like i cant get the top part of the fork on the bottom because it is getting stuck on the first bushing

Check to make sure you haven't swapped the forks Left for Right. There maybe a design feature thats prevents swapping them.

Trouble with speed.

Yes. The application of a proper pipe on a two-stroke motor is critical. The 250 pipe has way to much volume and not enough back pressure to allow the 125 motor to breath properly. Also check the ignition timing carb jetting and power valve for proper working order per Honda specifications.,
