- after using cleaning solution and rinsing there dime size dirty water spots left on my carpet. my sister and I both bought bissell proheat 2x at the same time and hers does the same thing

I am not sure what kind of spots you mean. Are they from the area that is where the water is picked up? Are they from something else

Your belt for the brush might need to be changed, that or the suction parts is clogged with hair or fuzz, check that clear part of the front of the machine to see if theres anything clogging it
