Stuffer Runs on test mode only, but not in regular working mode. I cannot see a paper jam. The other error I can find is error 26. I don't know if this is the same error.

A sensor is probably blocked or a torn piece that cannot be seen is in there. Take a can of air to it. Also turn it off and turn it back on for added measure.
Error 50 is a service error and you will need to contact your local computer repair or go to their site and talk to customer service to get someone to fix this for you.

Good Luck, When the paper is stuck in the back, it is in the fuser and you may be able to get the paper out, but probably the drive for the fuser is messed up, which caused the jam in the 1st place, if you get the paper out, the next one through will probably jam up again. Technicians usually just replace the fuser. Oce is the repair entity for these machines now. 1 800 2423 5556

E3-01 is the toner bottle rotation. for some reason it is not rotating. Take out the toner bottle and be sure it is in coreectly, that the labels are not loose and preventing it from turning.
I have a 9920 manual,could be the same.Try the following but if you get different displays don't change anything.Press function,should read FUNCTION SELECT , ENTER FUNCTION # .Enter 8, scroll to AUTO REDUCTION.(use COM STAT or HELP keys to scroll)Change to NO.Press stop to return to normal mode.If this procedure is not exactly the same for your model,then just search through the function settings and find AUTO REDUCTION and set to no.
