Go to those websites, and cancel the subscription, if you stay subscribed for more than 30 days, they WILL charge.
If they charged BEFORE, it's unfair. Just e-mail PayPal and they'll solve it for you.

Several weeks ago I entered a new credit card, it has been used in other departments but will not work on kindle purchases. Please FIX it! No other changes needed.

Hi I added another credit card to paypal because the one i'd been using I'd cancelled that bank account. So when I tried to use paypal the next time I found the old credit card was still my primary card which meant paypal automatically tried using my old card. When I added my new card I needed to make that card the primary card and delete the old card and account... I hope this helped....CHEERS..

How to cancel an PayPal e-cheque from e-Bay

If you do not have sufficient funds in your PayPal account for e-Bay items that you have paid for using the e-Bay interface PayPal will raise a direct debit aka an e-cheque that works in a similar way to a normal cheque, in that it will take 5-7 working days to clear, however there are several differences here is a list of a PayPal e-cheque status as seen in e-Bay.
  • Cleared: The funds transfer to the recipient has completed
  • Uncleared: The transaction is still processing from the bank
  • Failed: We were unable to obtain the funds from your bank and the payment to the recipient has not completed
  • Canceled: You have cancelled the eCheque. If you cancel an eCheque the funds will still be withdrawn from your bank account but will be credited to your PayPal account balance

NOTE: Only the seller can cancel the e-cheque using their PayPal account when logged in goto:

Go to Account Overview > History > Find the relevant payment > Details > Cancel Payment under 'Cancel this eCheque payment' > Review the information and include a message to buyer > Cancel Payment.

You will not have the option on yours, if you want to cancel it yourself you will need to do so via your online banking, or if this is not possible telephone banking can be used.

If you receive PayPal funds during the this time and want to send the seller's money sooner for your items, here is a tested method that will work;

Pay directly using PayPal to the e-mail acount of the seller, note you must click payment for goods not e-Bay in your PayPal account, its a good idea to send a message inlcuding the long e-Bay item number and also ask the seller to cancel the e-cheque using their PayPal account, they will see that you have sent the correct funds instanlty

Summary:
To avoid lengthly transactions I suggest that you make sure that you have a buffer or about £30 in your PayPal account that is attached to your e-Bay shop, it only takes 2/3 working days to send from your verified bank account, if you also add a direct debit card you can avoid using e-cheques as they will never been generated by PayPal, if you ever phone PayPal you will need to quote your 6 digit ref number you will find this @ https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/helpscr?cmd=_contact-phone

OR if you just want a quick chat contact Louise on virtual chat @ https://www.paypal-virtualchat.eu/uk/

I payed for an item on ebay payment paypal. The item was cancelled by ebay who informed me seller had put back money into my account from where I payed.

Which account?
Did you have a "positive" balance in your PayPal account?
If so, PayPal will refund your payment back to that account.

If you did not have a balance, PayPal charged your credit-card when you paid. PayPal will "reverse" the charge. Go online to your bank, and check "recent credit-card transactions", to see the original charge, and the "reversal".

Check my paypal account balance

PayPal is an online money transferring site used by many around the world to make purchases and payments online.

Typically, a PayPal account is linked to one's checking account, which allows you quickly make deposits and withdrawals.

Part of PayPal's popularity draws from the fact that the site is secure and very easy to use. Checking all recent activity and transactions on a PayPal account are simple and take a matter of minutes to look through.

Go to paypal.com and enter your email address and password into the box on the left, then hit "Log In".

Look at your account balance in the center of the screen. Recent activity for the past 7 days will be displayed underneath under "My Recent Activity".

Look through all these transactions to make sure there are no errors. Select "View all of my transactions" on the right hand side to see a list of all deposits, withdrawals, and transfers made to and from your account.

These transactions are in chronological order starting with the most recent.
Skim through these transactions to make sure all the charges and actions were made and authorized by you.

Hit the "Contact us" link on the right hand side to ask questions or send concerns to the PayPal staff through email or by phone.

I just went through your company for a so called City Crusher but it is a scam so please cancell payment

Hi,

If you used PayPal to purchase an item and you wish to request a refund, you will need to log in to PayPal to do this. You can click here for the website.

You can only cancel your transaction if the recipient has not claimed the money. To request a refund, you'll need to contact the recipient of the payment.

To cancel the payment from your bank:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the My Account tab.
3. Click Unclaimed next to the transaction.
4. Click Cancel Payment.

The payment will be returned to your PayPal account, not your bank account. From there, you can withdraw the money from your PayPal account to your bank account.

To cancel your credit card payment:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the My Account tab.
3. Click Unclaimed next to the transaction.
4. Click Cancel Payment.

Your payment will be returned to your credit card. This can take up to 30 days.

I got a receipt for a payment to magazine.com in the amount of $28.00 I have no knowledge of ordering a magazine at this time. I don't even know which magazine I supposedly ordered and paid for. Can you...

Contact paypal and dispute the transaction, then change your password for your paypal account if the purchase was made using funds directly in your paypal account, also if the purchase was made using your credit/debit card number and not from funds in your paypal account you need to report it to the credit card company or your financial institution if it was a debit card.
I hope you get it straightened out quickly,
James

Purchased facebook credits. Selected wrong button and need to cancel

If you have already placed the order and wish to cancel it, all you have to do is call first the online store and request them to cancel your order. I understand some online stores do only have a limited time to cancel an online order.
