Update your tablet and it should already be installed on most devices. If you are using an apple product they do not have google play. Some chrome books also do have play on them.

On your phone browser, search for "Google Play apk", then download and install from a reputable site. If you have Play already, but it's not working properly, try clearing the cache.
To clear the cache : 1. Go to Settings - >Application Manager 2. Go to "All" tab, find and tap Play Store. 3. Tap "Clear Data" button. 4. Reopen Play Store, you will have to log in again. 5. Go to Settings and tap Build Version to check for updates.
NOTE : I recommend installing Google Play Games from the Play Store. Simply search for "Play Games" and install.
If you need to install Google play on your Kindle Fire HD, root your Kindle Fire device at first. However, you can't root it like other Android device with one click rooting tool - iRoot, Framaroot, Kingo Root... The rooting process may be a little complicated while it's effective and safe.

Afterwards, install the Google play. Open run.bat. Choose option 6 and install it.
1. Remove the updates for your Google Play
- Go to the menu->settings->apps->all->google play store-> uninstall updates, then reboot your device.
2. Remove the cache for your Google Play
- Go to the menu->settings->apps->all->google play store-> remove cache, then try to run your google play again. It is better to do a reboot.
3. Try to delete and re-install Google Play
- In some cases, delete and re-install resolve this issue.
4. Try to delete your google account and add your google account again
- Go to the menu -> settings -> account remove your current google account then add it again here.
Find out what the operating system is for the tablet.it doesn't sound like android , more likely Linux or even Apple Mac or Microsoft.if it was android then it would accept some version of google play.
There is no way to have google play unless the manufacturer installs it on the tablet, as it has to be licensed like software. If you really want to, you can look up how to root(jailbreak) your tablet and how to put the play store on it like that.
