Could be when they replaced the master they didn't make sure your connectors whee all tight when they put it back together.

Or, you need a new switch therre as well.

Very hard to tell without having the vehicle right in fornt of me.

I hope this helps you some.

Thanks for letting FixYa.com...fix ya

Every electrical component has a seperate relay, or else one relay buring out would make alot of things not work, with electrical problems, it's really-really hard to find out what you need without the car being right in front of me, I really wish I could see your car, but........

try this..pull the switch wires and touch them together, or better see if the switch is getting any volt reading at all.

Passenger Power Window Switches Do Not Function

All the wiring for all the windows flow through the master switch...both power and ground. So the problem is most likely a bad master switch or a broken wire in the hinge area of the driver's door. Get a wiring diagram and check for power and ground coming to the switch. If so, then the switch is most likely bad. Read this post http://ricksfreeautorepairadvice.com/window-goes-up-but-not-down/

1998 toyota driver side window switch will not run any windows but lock button still works

"...when master switch remove, NO WINDOWS WORK"
This is correct--your master switch is part of the total circuit for all the windows to operate. Assuming the other windows work on their "relative" switches (passenger switch works passenger window etc.), you can assume this; it is not a relay problem. You only have one relay--a bad one would affect all window switches.
First, check your ground wires! Disconnect, clean (abrasively) and reattach)
Second, use a test light (starting at the master switch terminal) to determine if and why it's not getting voltage.

Where is the power window relay located on the '03 Buick Century? And could this be the problem for all windows to stop working at the same time EXCEPT the driver's window? Or possibly the lock switch not...

The lock switch is designed to keep the passenger buttons from being used. It should not stop the master switch from operating the windows - or at least, that's what the 2003 Buick Century Owner's Manual says.

After studying the schematics for your vehicle, Iwould say that the owner's manual is correct. The lockout switch only cuts power to the passenger switches. The driver's (master) switch can still power the passenger windows. If none of the passenger windows work from either the driver's door switch or the passenger switches, then the master switch probably has an internal open circuit causing this. There is no separate relay or fuse. I would replace the master switch. Be sure and check ALL switches with the lock on and the lock off to verify this before replacing anything.

Power window won't work

if its just one window thats not working then more than likely its the motor. but try operating the window from the switch that operates that window (i e)left rear window left window switch if it works from the window switch then its the master switch thats bad but if it dosent work then its the motor more than likely.

Rear side windows

This may be just a case of inadvertently hitting the window lock out n th driver door window switch by mistake. Check that first. Here's some background on window operation

Principles of Operation
The driver power window regulator motor is controlled directly by the master window/door lock/unlock switch (and its integrated "auto down" module). Power is supplied to the power window relay and the master window/door lock/unlock switch, and the passenger power window switch when the SEC/timer module grounds the coil side of the power window relay. The SEC/timer module will ground this relay when the ignition is in the ON position and will remain energized for approximately 15 minutes or until the driver or passenger door is opened.
The driver power window regulator motor is a reversible motor that is operated by applying power and ground to the motor leads to lower the window, and then reversing polarity on those leads to raise the window.
The passenger power window regulator motor is controlled directly by the passenger power window switch and can also be controlled by the master window/door lock/unlock switch.
The passenger power window regulator motor is a reversible motor, which is operated by applying power and ground to the motor leads to lower the window, and then reversing polarity on those leads to raise the window.
The power rear quarter glass is also directly controlled by the master window/door lock/unlock switch. The power rear quarter glass power latches also utilize reversible motors. The power rear quarter glass power latches are operated by applying power and ground to the motor leads to open the window, and then reversing polarity on those same leads to close the window.

'00 Ford Explorer - Master window switch won't work rear windows

Without proper electrical diagnostic equipment and based on the very through description that you gave I would suggest getting a new switch. I say a new switch because on the drivers side the switch is one giant junction block. I have the same vehicle and had my door panel off for some locking issues.

I have attached a link to Ford Direct. The part that you are looking for is Window switch, explorer, 4 door, right
