There isn't one. This is disposable throw-away junk made in China for 400 Rupees. As I told you, there is only pictures and a review. Take it to your local street market electronics vendor and ask him to fix it.
You must set the clock first. I think that is done by pressing the memory button a few times. It doesn't matter what time you set, as long as the clock is set. Good luck.
Unless this is an expensive machine replace it. There will most definately be an internal problem. It will most likely cost you most just to have the machine taken apart and inspected then it would cost to replace. Sorry...
when you get an err message it means that the eye of the cd cannot read the disk. when was the last time you put in a cd cleaner? one that you put into any cd player. you can get one at your local big lots or radio shack or best buy. you need not spend a lot of money for one. or you can try to use a cuetip dipped in alcohol and clean the eye only. dry with another cuetip or soft cloth and see if that solves the problem.
