Question about Creative Labs Zen Touch MP3 Player
I got my zen and after a while i was listen to music and it froze. I restared it and i tryed to clean up... but it said hardisk problem. What should I do ?
Was the unit dropped?
is the unit out of warranty?
if yes to both of these then you need to replace the drive
some have replaced with flash drives
I found this. *Plug the Creative Zen in to the charger and plug it in the wall. *Press in the Play/Pause (same button) and hold it in. *Insert a paper clip in to the pin hole on the left side of player, near the bottom. *Hold the needle or paper clip in for 4 seconds and let go. *Keep holding down the Play/Pause botton. What I did was clean up disk. Then Reboot.
