Question about Husqvarna Designer I
I was working on some Christmas presents when my machine apparently lost its mind! Suddenly, the embroidery arm shifted and tried to needle down on the plastic of the hoop. I turned the machine off and restarted it, reloaded the design and tried to start over, but now it will not recognize the hoops (any of them!) and keeps giving me the message "wrong hoop for embroidery. please check hoop and restart". I KNOW I have the correct hoop in the machine. I even tried programming it for a larger hoop than necessary and trying the corresponding hoop, but it will not recognize any hoop. Any advice??? Please help!!
The embroidery unit needs to be calibrated. Can only been done by a trained dealer. you can relax, it is not a major issue and shuold not cost you a arm and a leg. Ask the dealer to also calibrate your touch screen and download the working hours on your machine.
