Question about RCA 32F531T 32" TV
How does on fix the tv so that it works properly.
By this I mean, we have both cable and satellite dish.
The cable is hooked into the back, and when the tv is on, the channels do not change. However, when the satellite is hooked up, and you toggle to front port, or other input, it has no problems recognizing the signal
My guess is the tunner, is not recognizing the signal, and is only on channel three, and that's the only cable channel that will come through.
How does on fix the problem?
Hook the cable to the back of the unit.. Go into the customer menu and make sure you've selected cable (as opposed to air). Then do an auto-program and that should solve the problem..
