Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Useing a Xerox Workcentre M20i weather printing or coyping the pages are blank. Have changed out the toner still blank.
There is a problem with your transfer/seperation unit.
open door to the right look at the black assembly on the door it has a black spongy roller, is it in place? does it have a spring action when you push on it?
if yes for both your High Voltage Transformer ( HVT) is bad.
