Phone wont turn on passed "hellomoto"

Hey my phone suddenly turned off on me 3 days ago and everytime i try to turn it on it dosnt go further than the welcome and it stays there with the backlight on until i take the battery out. it will charge but it just alternates between the battery charging screen and the hellomoto page beeping everyso often. i was downloading picture messages when the problem ocured so i think it may be a memory issue but im no sure.

my phone froze when i was surfing the net. now when i turn it on it will stay on the hello moto screen untill the battery dies.

I got the same Problem, when i turn it on it freezes on either the hello moto screen or right when the startup animation begins.

my phone froze up i have a c290 i called boost mobile they say call motorolla and they give me a website to submit my phone to send it in im so confused what do i do about this situation my phone still under warranty i dont see why they cant give me a new one.

If it's a boost phone and isn't overly damaged cosmetically, they will replace it as a defect. 1-877-TLK-MORE

For resolving your Nokia N900 problem, I recommend a firmware replacement to reinstall the system software. Once these devices start acting silly, this is generally the way to fix them.

Frozen ''hellomoto'' screen on Razor V3c when turning on phone

You have a couple of options:
Take it to a motorola repairer or try to update the firmware on your phone. As you cant get it to go past the Hellomoto screen a hard reset would not possible.
