Question about Canon imageCLASS MF4150 All-In-One Laser Printer
Do you know how to fix this? I have tried a new cartridge and that doesn't seem to fix the problem. I have unplugged it and plugged it back in, replaced the paper, nothing seems to help.... please let me know if you have any ideas....thank you!
My IT guru at the place I work found an AMAZINGLY SIMPLE SOLUTION. Remove the paper, then remove and replace the toner cartridge. Now put the paper back in, and you are ready to go. Our IT man rocks!

Solution from Canon Support & Service follows. Found that it works. The key was removing the paper from the cassette tray.
1. Remove paper from cassette tray before replacing the Toner Cartridge-ICMF 4150
2. Install the Toner Cartridge-ICMF 4150
3. Turn the main power switch off and then back on-ICMF 4150

Bless you good folks. I found this website late this evening, and removing the paper and then reinserting the cartridge worked like a charm. Otherwise, I felt like I was going to go medieval on this printer. But, you know, my scanner still really sucks. But, at least it prints. Arya
