Re: Setup password problem
Hi, i aint sure which password you are tying to remove, ie Bios one or windows.
if its the bios one, the easiest way would be to open up the laptop and remove the lithium battery while the mains is unplugged, and wait about 30secs and put the battery back in, and the password should be removed,
If its windows, switch on the pc, keep pressing F8 just after switching it on, select Safe Mode when it appears and once it loads windows go into control panel, into user accounts , and click remove password.

there's a forgot password option, it's easier if you do the forgot password on a device you've used before on google. You can skip the google account on your phone initially to get the rest of it setup to access the internet. Anyway, the forgot password options should have an option you can use to get it reset.
Not we, but the login websites of both services can help. ou always find, I forgot my password and most of the time it takes a little longer there is a button i forgot my log in name. But if the recovery from both sites were linked to each other, O think you have a problem. Because when you forgot your account name, they ask you to enter the mail address you entered when you did setup the account.
If you really can't remember one of these, the only thing you can do is setup new accounts.
I think you should be able to ask someone you know from Facebook, what name you used on Facebook, so from that site you only need to recover the password.
: 1-create a dos system disk, : 2- copy "debug" (this is a dos command found in windows\command directory) onto the system disk you created, : 3- boot the machine with this disk, : 4- at dos prompt type: debug then enter, you will see a blinking dash : 5- type: o 70 2e then enter, (also seen: o 70 18) : 6- type: o 71 ff then enter, : 7- type: q then enter, : 8- remove the floppy and reboot! Power the system off and on by unplugging and re-plugging the system into the power outlet Please rate our solutions and if you still have problems please call back for more ideas to help you

If you are WinXP user indeed you must re-remember the password anyway. It would be the best solution.
Try to remember.if not leave pass some days and try again.Otherwise boot from cdrom with win cd in and setup a fresh win installation to a new directory i.e C:\WINnew.
