I have installed a belkin network usb hub to my wireless network to connect speakers, HDD, printers and mouse. this is then connected wireless to my laptop.
since installation itunes has now started to hang the problem is intermittent and I can play music for minutes or hours and it will suddenly hang, it shows as not responding then won't restart from the icon without a reboot.
my laptop is an extensa 4620z
speakers logitech Z-10

- An update of itunes seems to have fixed the problem
This could be a lot of things, but I would wager it is the result of network traffic congestion, if this is truly being used for a WiFi network... First thing to troubleshoot this would be to take the WiFI out of the mix and just use a hardwired solution to see if it still hangs.. if so, then the problem may be drivers for your system, and you may need to upgrade them..
May even be software.. might try seeing if any newer versions of your player are available.

I've got a Thermaltake blac X docking station. The blue light comes on but it is not blinking and my comp doesn't see it. What do I do next? This is the second time I used it and it worked fine the first time.

pulled an allied telesyn AT-FH708E net switch from the dumpster, and need to download the user's manual. Prefferably PDF, definitely free.
