Question about LG 60PZ550 3D Plasma TV
The TV will power on but no picture is shown just a gray screen with a blue bar in the top left corner, could you help in what parts maybe needed to fix this issue? Serial No. 109RMFP10171.

If you haven't gotten it fixed yet, I just had the same problem and called insignia. Press and hold the display button for up to 20 seconds and it should go away.

Screen drift is a common problem on Palms and there are many forums about it. First, make sure it is not your screen protector. This is a common culprit. Also, make sure ther is no dirt between the screen edges and the case. Running a folded piece of paper in between can clean it. I worked on a friends Palm with this problem and the solution was third party software called PowerDigi. Here is the link:

This sounds like a screen problem, possibly the internal connecting cable (LVDS) which connects from the main board to the screen may have become loose. If not a replacement screen would be required.
