Question about Insignia NS-DA1G MP3 Player
My insignia player won't let me add music. i formated it and now it gives me an error every time i try to copy music into it. it says "the device was either disconected or has stoped responding". i formated it before so this shouldn't be the problem. i don't know what to do. if anybody has an answer to this please write to me at email@example.com
For the Insignia NS-DA1G, NS-DA2G, KIX, NS-DV2G, NS-DV4G:
These units come set to a FAT formatting. If you have changed this to NTFS or DOS, you will cause problems with your player. Be sure it is formatted correctly.
If you have formatted your player to FAT (recommended), FAT-16, or FAT-32, try using the software reset in the MENU - Settings area of the players internal software.
