Mitel superset 410

Your can change your ringer pitch and volume by doing the following.

Press SUPERKEY
Press NO until you see RINGER ADJUST? is on the display
Press YES and ADJUST PITCH? is on the display
Press YES, followed by the Volume up or Down to adjust

You can adjust the volume in the same menu

What NVR$GWT911 missed is the fact that you have a superset 410 the instruction that were given were for the SS 420.

For you to change the the pitch on your phone you will need a code from you Telephone administrator after you dial the code you will use your arrow up and arrow down keys to listen to the different ring types when you find one that is acceptable lift your handset and replace it to the cradle, that's it your ringer type is changed and saved,
