Question about Kenwood DDX7019 6.95 in. Car Monitor
I have a rear view camera - Boyo vtil200 it is a chrome small camera that goes on the license plate frame. It is connected but, how do I go to the camera set up on the Kenwood deck?? I put the car in reverse but, the camera doesn't go on.
This could be caused by the following:
Purple/white "reverse sensor wire" not connected to vehicles reverse lamp harness. (Are your reverse lamps functioning?)
Reverse cam video out not connected to Kenwood's "rear view camera input" (Yellow RCA socket behind the unit).
The monitor set up controls merely switch R-cam betwen "full, just, zoom and normal" modes. No provision here to ebnable or disable the cam.
When you put your car in reverse dos the monitor screen change?.
